Trial and billing policy

Card required. Monthly billing starts after 14 days unless you cancel. First subscription only.

Your 14-day trial

Every SalesSignal plan offers a 14-day trial for a customer’s first subscription. Your trial starts when checkout completes. Previous subscribers resume with paid monthly billing and do not receive a repeat trial.

Monthly billing

Your selected monthly price per seat is charged automatically on day 15 unless you cancel before the trial ends. Review your plan, seat count and total in Stripe Checkout before confirming. There is no long term contract.

Cancelling renewal

Your company administrator can cancel automatic renewal from the company workspace. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. After the trial, cancel to stop the next monthly renewal. Access continues through the current trial or paid period.
