Your information, and how we handle it.

Gravity Sphere helps people understand how others perceive and respond to them. To do that, we ask you questions about yourself, and we take that trust seriously.
This policy explains what information we collect, why, who it is shared with and the choices you have. It applies to gravity-sphere.com, SalesSignal, the Inside Out magazine, the Seen stories, our emails and the services offered through them.
The short version
- We collect what you give us (such as your email and assessment answers) and a limited amount of information about how the site is used.
- Your assessment answers and full results are private. Share links show only your Gravity Score™, tier and archetype, never your answers.
- Analytics cookies run only if you accept them.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing service@gravity-sphere.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact details: your name and email address when you take the free preview, start an assessment, subscribe to Inside Out, claim the free book, contact us or apply to work with us.
- Assessment answers and results: your answers to Gravity Sphere questions and the results we generate from them, including your Gravity Score™, tier, archetype and signal scores.
- Gravity Builder activity: your plan, progress, check-ins, notes and reminder preferences. If you choose text-message reminders where they are offered, your phone number.
- Coaching: if you work with a Perception Coach, your messages with the coach, session scheduling details and notes connected to your coaching.
- Partners, affiliates and coaches: application details, business information, the details you enter when you sign an agreement (such as legal name, title and country) and the information needed to track and pay commissions.
- SalesSignal: for organizations, the contact and team details provided by the organization; for sales reps, assessment responses, practice sessions and conversations with the AI sales trainer, and the reports generated from them.
- Feedback you choose to send us, such as survey answers or a reason for leaving.
Information collected automatically:
- Essential cookies and browser storage that make the site work, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your language and saving an unfinished assessment so you can return to it.
- Analytics, through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner. We do not run analytics on private pages such as your results, assessment or account pages.
- Basic technical information sent by your browser, such as device type and pages visited. Where we use an IP address to prevent abuse or to record that an agreement was signed, we store a scrambled (hashed) version rather than the address itself.
- Email engagement, such as whether an email was delivered, opened or bounced, so we can keep our emails reliable.
Payments: when you buy something, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment and basic billing details, but we never see or store your full card number.
How we use your information
- To deliver what you asked for: your assessment, results, Gravity Builder, coaching, magazine issues and SalesSignal reports.
- To send you service emails, such as access links, receipts and reminders you turned on.
- To send you Inside Out and other updates you signed up for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To run our referral, partner, affiliate and Perception Circle programs, including crediting and paying rewards and commissions.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (only with your analytics consent).
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account, subscription or relationship with us is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for the purposes above, such as letting you reopen a result you paid for, handling refunds or meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- send you a copy of your information
- stop sending you marketing emails (or use the unsubscribe link in any email)
Email service@gravity-sphere.com from the address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the time the law requires. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
How we protect it
We use encryption in transit, access controls and private links that are hard to guess to protect your information. Private pages such as results and assessments are kept out of search engines and analytics. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect to what the service needs.
Where your information is processed
Gravity Sphere is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using Gravity Sphere, you understand that your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
Children
Gravity Sphere is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect.
