Bring a measurable perception framework into your coaching practice.

The same Gravity Builder. With a coach beside the client.

Clients follow the same personalized Gravity Builder journey. You help them interpret what they are seeing, apply it to real situations, stay accountable, and keep moving forward.

A two-way partnership

Gravity Sphere customers who choose one-on-one support can select from approved Perception Coaches inside the platform.

You can also send appropriate clients through your own Gravity Sphere coach link. They complete the assessment, and with their explicit permission their Gravity Result appears in your private coach workspace.

That means you begin with more context. Instead of spending the early part of the coaching relationship trying to determine what may need attention, you can see how the client is scoring across Gravity Sphere’s eight perception signals, their overall Gravity, primary archetype, strongest signals, and the area identified for focused development.

The result does not replace your professional judgment. It gives you better information to work from—so you can ask more informed questions, identify where perception and intention may not be lining up, and connect the client’s Gravity Builder work to the situations they are actually navigating.

We’re looking to partner with experienced coaches.

We are looking for experienced practitioners who can work within a structured methodology while bringing their own professional judgment and coaching experience, particularly in:

• Executive / Leadership Coaching
• Career Coaching
• Sales / Business Coaching
• Confidence / Personal Development Coaching

If your work helps people strengthen how they lead, communicate, influence, advance, sell, or show up professionally, the Perception Coach model may fit naturally into the work you already do.
