Gravity is invisible. Its effects are visible.
Gravity Sphere maps eight signals from the responses you observe: who seeks your judgment, follows your direction, trusts your decisions, and includes you in opportunities.

ABOUT GRAVITY SPHERE
You see the outcome. You rarely see the signals that may have helped shape it.
You were more qualified, but someone else was hired.
You felt a real connection, but they never called you back.
You offered more value at a lower cost, but the client trusted someone else.
Different situations. The same unanswered question:
The outcome may not have been determined by your ability, intentions, or value alone. People respond to what they experience, and that experience is shaped by signals you may not realize you are sending.
Most people receive the outcome without ever receiving the explanation. They are left to move forward without seeing what may have entered the decision with them.
Gravity Sphere helps reveal the signals that may be shaping whether people trust you, remember you, include you, recommend you, and create opportunities around you.
Your result makes those patterns clearer. Gravity Builder offers practical steps; what you choose to work on remains your decision.
Something is already happening when people experience you.

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Because being valuable and being recognized are not always the same thing.
Throughout my years in sales and business, I've seen something happen repeatedly: capable people with valuable ideas, experience, and abilities are sometimes overlooked, misunderstood, or underestimated.
Not because they have nothing to offer, but because the way others perceive them doesn't always reflect the value they bring.
That observation became the foundation of Gravity Sphere.
I wanted to create something that helps people better understand how they're perceived, recognize the signals shaping their relationships and opportunities, and take meaningful steps toward changing those outcomes.
Gravity Sphere is built on a simple belief: everyone has value, and understanding how that value is perceived can change what becomes possible.
Our mission is to help people discover their strengths, build their influence, and create opportunities that might otherwise pass them by.
OUR ASSESSMENT TECHNOLOGY
Our assessment asks you to draw on memories of actual events, real interactions, and actual observed responses. You recall experiences such as someone seeking your advice, trusting you with responsibility, recommending you, or including you in an opportunity. The focus is on what happened and how others responded, giving the assessment a concrete foundation for identifying patterns across your pillars of influence.
Gravity Sphere’s assessment technology draws from the Critical Incident Technique, developed by psychologist Dr. John C. Flanagan through aviation psychology work during World War II and formally published in 1954.
The technique addressed a practical problem: describing someone as a “good performer” did little to explain which behaviors contributed to success or where improvement was needed. By examining specific incidents of effective and ineffective performance, researchers could identify meaningful behaviors and use those observations to inform selection, training, and improvement.
The contribution was significant. It connected an outcome with the actions and circumstances surrounding it, making performance easier to examine and training more focused.
Consider the difference between these two questions:
“Do you consider yourself trustworthy?”
This asks for a general judgment about yourself.
“Think about a recent situation where someone depended on you. What responsibility did they give you, what happened, and how did they respond afterward?”
This asks you to recall a concrete experience and examine another person’s observable response.
That distinction is central to Gravity Sphere’s approach. Critical Incident Measurement focuses your attention on actual events and observed responses, giving you something specific to examine beyond your intentions or general impression of yourself.
Gravity Sphere applies Critical Incident Measurement across eight pillars of influence:
Do people include you when new possibilities emerge?
The assessment draws on your recollection of actual events and actual observed responses across these pillars. It builds a picture from multiple experiences rather than allowing a single incident or general impression to define your result.
Your responses are combined into a structured profile, helping you recognize where your value appears to be coming through clearly and which pillars may need strengthening.
Those patterns help you explore the perception gap between the value you bring and the value others appear to recognize.
Gravity Sphere helps you identify where your value may not be coming through clearly and which pillars of influence need strengthening. Gravity Builder provides a focused action plan you can follow independently or with a dedicated Perception Coach.
SalesSignal applies the same principle to buyer interactions, helping sales leaders understand where each rep’s value may not be coming through. A focused training plan, supported by an AI Trainer or a dedicated Perception Coach, helps reps strengthen those pillars through practice, feedback, and reassessment.

Gravity Sphere maps eight signals from the responses you observe: who seeks your judgment, follows your direction, trusts your decisions, and includes you in opportunities.
What others perceive can influence whether they trust you, include you, remember you, recommend you, or choose you.
Awareness gives you a starting point. You decide whether to explore a Builder plan and put it into practice.
Look for patterns in how people respond to you. Do they ask for your advice, include you in decisions, or trust you with responsibility? If you see yourself as approachable but people rarely bring you questions, ask someone you trust what might be creating that impression. Request a specific example rather than a general opinion. Compare feedback with repeated observations; one interaction does not tell the whole story.

Start with a quality you genuinely want to demonstrate, then make it visible through your actions. If you want to be seen as dependable, keep your commitments and communicate early when something changes. If you want your knowledge recognized, offer useful input when it can help. You do not need to invent a different personality. Give people repeated, concrete reasons to recognize the strengths you want to be known for.
Build influence by becoming knowledgeable and useful in an area that matters to the people around you. Develop your skills, apply what you know to solve problems, and become someone others can count on. How you carry yourself, communicate, and follow through helps people judge whether they can trust you. As your contributions prove valuable, people have more reason to seek your advice and give your ideas weight—in your family, friendships, workplace, or community.
An influential person is someone whose judgment others have learned to value. They may be the family member people consult before a major decision, the friend whose advice carries weight, or the neighbor who knows how to get things done. Their influence comes from demonstrated knowledge, sound judgment, and the trust they have earned. People listen because this person has become a valued resource, whether or not they hold a formal position.
Make your abilities visible in situations where they can help. If you want to be considered for a project, share a relevant example of your work and explain how you could contribute. In your community, offer a skill that helps solve an actual problem. Let people know what you can do, then follow through. These actions cannot guarantee an opportunity, but they give others concrete reasons to remember and consider you.
Confidence grows as you give yourself evidence that you can do something. You try, learn, improve, and repeat until something that once felt intimidating becomes familiar. If speaking in a group makes you nervous, start by contributing one prepared point. Next time, ask a question or explain an idea. Build toward leading part of the conversation. After each attempt, notice what worked and choose one thing to improve. Small wins and repeated practice help you move from “Can I do this?” toward “I’ve done this before.”
Confidence is part of the picture; how people respond to you is another.

Give people evidence they can rely on. If you say you can deliver something, agree on what success looks like and follow through. Show relevant work, explain your reasoning, and acknowledge the limits of your knowledge. If you make a mistake, own it and correct it. Credibility develops as people repeatedly see that your abilities and actions support your claims.
Gravity Sphere helps you connect patterns in your everyday experiences with an area you can work on. The assessment uses your responses to explore signals related to how you are received, trusted, and included. Your personalized results provide a starting point, and Gravity Builder offers a structured action plan for practicing changes in real situations. The aim is to move beyond reading about yourself: take action, observe how people respond, and reflect on what you learn over time.
